ORDERS

Q: I need more than the quantity available for sale. How can I order more at one time?

A: If you are looking for a larger quantity (ex: bridesmaid gifts or party favors) please contact me at lauren@crescentandcrow.com with the item, quantity, and date needed by. 

Q: Do you still do custom orders?

A: We do not offer custom pieces at this time, but if you require an adjustment to an item we currently have for sale (ex: special jewelry size not listed) please reach out to lauren@crescentandcrow.com and I will be happy to accommodate you.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Orders typically ship within 2 business days after the order was placed. However, some of our items may require additional time to ship (ex: our art prints are printed to order and need time to fully dry before shipping). For these items we will always note the shipping time in the product description.

Q: Are all of your products made to order?

A: Yes, most of our products are! With the exception of rings, silver bangle bracelets, and candles which we keep a small stock of so we can have them ready to ship quickly. We love making things just for you.

Q: I've never had a wood wick candle. How do I care for it?

Q: How do I keep my sterling silver jewelry looking fresh?
